Some features allow you to record or upload short audio samples for pronunciation feedback or vocabulary evaluation. These recordings are processed temporarily and automatically deleted once the result is generated. We do not permanently store or reuse your voice data.
All materials on Dicto, including logos, designs, text, illustrations, learning packs, algorithms, and interface elements, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Dicto.
Some features of Dicto are offered under paid subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to our pricing, billing, and refund policies displayed at the time of payment. We may revise our pricing and plan features with prior notice.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Dicto provides its Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that learning outcomes, vocabulary improvement, or speech analysis results will meet your specific expectations.
In no event shall Dicto or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You may stop using Dicto at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the Platform unlawfully, or compromised its security.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of Dicto after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
